IRS Rail Webinars

The power of digital to inspire rail passenger confidence

Part 4: Smarter ticketing to bring rail passengers back safely

16 December 2020 I Available on-demand

ABOUT THE WEBINAR:

Ticketing processes can make a big difference to passenger confidence during COVID-19. On the ground hygiene and crowding issues can be relieved by touchless, mobile, self check-in and facial recognition ticketing. Meanwhile, pricing optimisation and smart revenue management can encourage or discourage rail use at certain times to spread demand.

This debate heard from operators and technical pioneers who can plot a smooth and safe journey for passengers, from obtaining and validating tickets to boarding trains with peace of mind.

The webinar is available to watch on-demand.
